A combination of manual lymphatic drainage and massage techniques used to manage swelling, inflammation and assist in a faster recovery post-surgery. Post - op MLD massage will help to move excess fluid (dead blood cells cellular debris) to be filtered in the lymph nodes to be drained back into the bloodstream, to helps reduce post-surgical swelling, bruising, scar tissue formation (fibrosis) and pain. Heat, vibration, and suction cup will be used to help mobilize, soften lumps (Hard tissues) and unevenness after liposuction. Advice on well fitted compression garments, foams, boards and self-care practices.
