My name is Naima and I practiced and taught Yoga for over 20 years before undertaking extensive training as a massage therapist obtaining level 3 ITEC massage Diploma, MLD massage Diploma and MLD Post -Surgery and Wood Therapy (Maderoterapia ) CTha. Currently I offer a treatment room and mobile massage service in Hertfordshire, North and East London
My personal experience was a major driver behind my career path and led me to specialise in support and therapy for clients who had plastic surgery and were recovering post-surgery.
Often clients are unaware or in absence of information on how to manage their post-op recovery. This can lead to both physical and mental difficulties and hinder the recovery process. In most cases, if not all, the recovery process after an operation requires Manual Lymphatic drainage massages, correct compression and post-op massages to reduce the swelling, pain, bruising and to aid faster recovery to achieve optimal results.
Having had a first-hand experience with the lack of support as a result I was inspired to establish and provide my own service ,Body Care Therapeutics which the service focuses on providing post-op MLD and recovery massages with guided and very personalized support during the recovery.
Alongside the post-op massage and support I offer Anti - Cellulite treatment, Wood Therapy, to help to reduce stubborn areas of fat and sculpt the body. Also I found a high level of stress and anxiety boosts a need for holistic massage so people can experience the sense of touch as a healing method.
I have a very caring approach and a genuine desire to help clients. I aim to provide a service tailored to the needs of each and every client and their well-being, taking into consideration all surrounding factors
